Volunteering is a mitzvah! It's a satisfying way to engage in our community, to get to know fellow members and to meet a vital need.

Whether you have been a member for 10 days or 10 years, your skills and services are needed and valued. Here are some of the volunteer roles that currently need additional people:

• Join a team working on a fund raising event: our photo booth at the Gilroy Garlic Festival, Community Wine Tasting Event or talk to us about an event you may want to plan
• Serve on a committee: Education/Lifelong Learning, Social Action, Membership, Ritual, Ways & Means
• Host (set up for) an upcoming Friday night Shabbat service
• Make phone calls to members in advance of events
• Help organize library materials
• Invite a new member family over for dinner and conversation

Let us know your interest, and we can suggest a need that you can fill. Training is available - we match new volunteers with experienced ones.
